1. General

By purchasing from KDION Collection, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review carefully before placing an order.

2. Product Authenticity

All hair sold by KDION Collection is 100% raw or virgin human hair (as described per product listing). Due to the nature of raw hair, slight variations in color, texture, or wave pattern may occur—this is not considered a defect.

3. Payments & Fraud Protection

• We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, and Affirm.
• KDION Collection is not responsible for unauthorized credit card or debit card transactions. If you suspect fraud, please contact your bank immediately.
• All orders are subject to verification. Orders flagged as suspicious may require additional ID verification or may be canceled.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

• Processing time is typically 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page.
• QuickShip items are ready to ship immediately. Custom/pre-orders will ship according to the timeline provided at checkout.
• KDION Collection is not responsible for delays caused by carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final.
• Exchanges may only be granted if the wrong item was shipped, and the hair must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 3 business days of delivery confirmation.

6. Limitation of Liability

KDION Collection is not responsible for:

• Improper installation, maintenance, or care of hair extensions.
• Damage due to coloring, bleaching, heat styling, or chemical processing.
• Any allergic reactions or sensitivities.

7. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. KDION Collection reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
