Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards.

All sales are final.

• We cannot accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, closures, or frontals once they leave our facility.
• This policy protects all customers and ensures every order is fresh and untouched.

Exceptions

• If you receive the wrong item, length, or texture, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
• We will gladly correct our mistake by replacing the item or issuing store credit.

Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 12 hours, cancellations are not possible as processing may have begun.

KLARNA Purchases

Customers who purchase through Klarna have the right to return their order for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to qualify. Refunds will be issued to the original Klarna payment method once the return is received and inspected. Restocking fees, store credit, or exchanges do not apply to Klarna purchases.
