Do I need an account to earn points?

Yes — your account keeps track of your points and rewards.

How many points do I earn per order?

You earn 3 points for every $1 spent, no matter which payment method you choose.

When will my points appear?

Points are added to your account as soon as your order is confirmed.

Can I use rewards with bundle deals & other coupons?

Yes — your KD Black Book rewards can be combined with promotions and bundle deals.

How long does KDION hair last?

With proper care, our Raw Tresses last up to 3–5 years and our Virgin Tresses last 12–18 months.

Are curly textures easy to maintain?

Curly textures are gorgeous but high-maintenance. They require detangling, moisturizing, and conditioning to keep the curl pattern defined.

Does humidity affect the hair?

How do I care for my Tresses?

To get the most out of your tresses, so they can last for years we recommend regular conditioning, gentle detangling and store in silk/satin when not in use.
