• Most of our items are made-to-order or replenished directly from our premium suppliers.
• QuickShip items: Processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
• All other orders: Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before shipping.
• Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Options

• We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
• Standard shipping (3–5 business days after processing).
• Expedited shipping available at checkout (2–3 business days after processing).

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
• KDION Collection is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or natural events once packages leave our facility.

Incorrect Addresses
